Transfers to countries recognized as providing an adequate level of data protection take place without additional safeguards.
Transfers to other countries are made under an approved transfer mechanism, such as standard contractual clauses or an equivalent data transfer agreement, together with a transfer risk assessment where required.
Where a recipient is certified under a recognized cross-border data protection or privacy framework, transfers may instead rely on that certification.

Enquiry data is typically retained for up to 24 months from your last contact unless a longer period is required.
We maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure, and we limit access to those who need it to do their job.
